Since 2012
The Maclellan Family Foundations in Chattanooga, Tennessee have gathered a wide range of leaders from across the evangelical church in Scotland. These convenings bring together leaders across denominations, traditions, and regions with the shared goal of serving the national church.
Participants have included pastors, ministry leaders, and speakers such as John Lennox and Tim Keller. The gatherings focus on prayer, fellowship, training, and meaningful conversation about the future of the church in Scotland.
Through these conversations, three key goals emerged:
Encourage wise grantmaking that blesses the church in Scotland
Foster collaboration and fellowship among Christian leaders
Equip and empower believers to be active witnesses for Christ in the coming decade
The Maclellan Foundation Scotland was established to support these goals and serve as a focal point for future grantmaking.
